After a brief career in Mechanical Engineering, Martin joined Unilever in 1992. He worked on many Supply Chain IT projects, spending a significant portion of his time managing bespoke IT solutions for Unilever's global leaf tea supply chain. In 2017, Martin left Unilever to set up his own IT consultancy business - Gray House Consulting.
